The Oak Panelling in the Chancel was installed in 1922 as a Memorial to the Fallen of the First War, and is in fact the War Memorial for the Parish of Little Missenden. On either pier of the north arch of the chancel are two Oak Panels bearing the names of the young men of this parish killed in the 1914-1918 conflict, the youngest of whom aged just 16, and buried in Basra, Iraq.
